There has been news on the wires that GVK Power is planning to sell 20% of its holding in electricity business for capacity expansion and that the company may later list the business in India. We would like to wait for further details. GVK Group is primarily into infrastructure business in India and does not seem to have expansion plans as big as others in the electricity business.
